Today we are living in an extraordinary period where everything is in motion, it is brought to the surface and shines through. In these periods man forgets that life is not a stage on which to perform and play parts or a playground to have fun.
But life is a learning classroom where you can learn lessons. A laboratory where you can experience to grow mature and evolve. In these periods man loses the ability to link effects to their true causes. The more he decays in the matter, the more he loses the ability to see the path to take. He loses his outlook on life.
Living better means managing our body well, achieving mental serenity and walking on the path that leads to spiritual fulfillment.
It means being able to manage one's life with a regulated diet, an understanding of ourselves and others. Of the reason why we are guests on this planet, it also means taking those actions without which our permanence on this earth would be useless or harmful for ourselves and for others.
Our experience leads us to believe that this is possible, albeit with some difficulty when the individual realizes that his problems (health, money, affections, etc.) depend largely on his way of acting and reacting to the surrounding world and to the baggage that it has brought with it from past lives.
In this regard, it is known that Catholicism unlike Hinduism Buddhism and other religions. It does not teach that the soul created by God can develop its potential by using one body after another. As long as he reaches a certain degree of perfection, he will no longer need to be reborn in a physical body and will have achieved resurrection from the flesh.
The lack of this information offers a very limited vision of human life because it lacks logical and rational explanations for its purpose and future prospects.
It seems fair to remind us that until 543 A.D. the Doctrine of the rebirth spread by some Fathers of the Christian Church occupied an important place. It was on the occasion of the Synod held on that date in Constantinople that it was decided to punish those who spoke about it. Therefore teaching was not condemned, but rather its diffusion.
We wanted to clarify these facts because it is not possible to outline a path of spiritual growth if you do not know where it comes from and what the direction should be to go forward.
When an individual comes to understand how much his current life depends on the effects, the causes of which he has generated. Then become responsible and start living making sure to fix the Karma (debits and credits) of the past and trying to create a good one for the future.
